What are the processing fees for online payments?
The processing fees for online payments are based on your subscription tier, on top of Stripe's standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30, may vary) per transaction. All major credit and debit cards are accepted when a participant pays for a program. There are no processing fees if the program does not collect online payments.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
You have full control over your subscription. Easily cancel anytime through your dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable.
Is the setup PCI Compliant?
Your financial information is safe with us. All payment information is securely processed by our PCI-compliant partner, Stripe. We never store your financial details. Stripe's robust security measures and our commitment to data protection ensure your information is safeguarded at all times.
